That's the most fabulous christmas tree I've ever seen!

I think that's what Adam has in mind, eventually. He'd love nothing more than to leave it to the city as a landmark. It is a work in progress and likely always will, but by the time Adam leaves us, I can imagine it being a civic treasure.
