INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water
1/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Mix dry ingredients well and stir in all liquid ingredients. Mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees in greased pan for 40 minutes (check after 35 minutes if using a glass pan).

Sprinkle confectioner's sugar on top after removal from the oven.
