LORDY, I DO LOVE ME SOME WILLY!





I've been waiting for this lovely creation since February, and it was well worth it: Holland & Sherry black watch tartan wool with lavender lining in the jacket and pants; a custom embroidered jacket label; five horn buttons on each cuff stitched in with lavender thread; a band behind the lapel to hold boutonnieres in place; a cinch in the back of the trousers instead of a bulky belt--and a slew of other details I will go into in the thread below. Alex and Betty even threw in a custom shirt, lavender tie and polka dot boxers. And as if this wasn't enough, they then took us out to a curry dinner—and we didn't have to lie back and think of England, not once! Thank you, thank you, Lord Willy's!

As soon as I saw your divine suit, I thought of Tartan Week, an annual NYC event in April to raise funds for the Friends of Scotland. Everyone dresses up in, of course, tartan. You'd fit right in:

I am starting to think that Lord Willy might be a figment of some grand imagination (or a master plan). His creations are so very exuqisite. If i were to ever visit, I'm sure I would have to don a top hat and some trousers, just so that I could make my way through the magical doors.
